Mick - The waggie is an 84 Limited, so I have the factory sunroof as well - tho I have turned it into a moon roof(no motor, and the seal is stuffed).
Lift - BJ's spring lift a few inches, it also has new body mounts with a little extra.
Shocks - Rancho 9000 XL's, Also has extended brake lines and all the good gear.
Wheels and tyres -ebay specials for both, wheels are actually ROH alloys made in Oz circa early 80's, I had them powder coated black to cover up some oxidisation. Tyres 35's and MTR's
Body work - I had about 3" cut out of the guards when I had a few patches of cancer cut out. Then the painter worked his magic and with a few wobbles in the panels.
As I have said, very happy with the outcome.
Front hubs - not Quadratrac, Selectrac. The front D44 has a vacuum operated locking collar to engage the front drive. The NP229 transfer case has a viscous coupler which allows the waggie to operate in full time 4wd (for those slippery, icy roads). The 229 and vacuum front diff seem to have the numbers against it, tho it is still soldiering on at the moment. I have a NP208 + tailshaft in the shed for if it ever gives up the ghost.
Hoodliner - local trimmer, not really chasing authenticity just want it to look respectable.
I wish mine looked as nice as yours does on the inside, your waggie is an absolute credit to you.
Thanks for your comments. Cheers Peter.
