Had the new hood painted and installed. Just have to do the wiper nozzles. It gave me another 300hp+

Decided to save a few $$$ and do my transmission fluid change myself.

Next time I'm going to spend the $$$$ and get somebody else to do it.

Went well enough, just so bloody messy.

Was nice to see nothing in the pan that shouldn't be there too.

Actually I thought about it again last night.

Considering that removing the excess RTV was one of the messiest parts (the other being the spillage of fluid when removing the pan), it won't be as messy next time.

Mainly because I didn't use 3 tubes of RTV like they did last time (seriously, one bead is enough surely, and you don't need to put another bead around the outside, or around the bolt heads).

So maybe I will do it next time.
