you can do them but my engineer doesn't know whats needed or how much it can be raised, you need all diff specs and maximum carrying weights or whatever from dana direct and go from there, he has told me could be up to $3000 and may only be allowed to carry an extra 100-200kg as is without swapping diffs as you then need to do another swerve/lane change test at the loaded weight etc and with my 4.5" and 35's and airbags he said it won't pass as it was pushing it as is....thats my car anyway.
Ive just also bent my chassis at fraser island last week from launching the car 1m in the air with my camp trailer on, my car sits 60kg over gvm with just me in it let alone misses, kids and luggage + towball weight so for me a gvm grade wouldn't be enough so I'm not gonna bother as insurance is fixing the chassis anyway, id just sell and buy a patrol again if i cared
