I don't have any sub suggestions but I did look into it a few years ago and I remember it was slim pickings unless you were willing to run the sub in an enclosure in the back. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze to me because I run a soft-top permanently so I need something weatherproof, I use my Jeep for Bunnings & tip runs with a tonneau floor cover so I don't want to sacrifice floor space and considering I don't regularly listen to bass-heavy music, it would be a lot of expensive lipstick on a pig. Plus a more powerful sub would benefit from a more powerful amp, which would need crossovers and replacing the (integrated) audio wiring harness - costs that took it past the threshold of being worth it to me.
