Default Fan only blowing air to windscreen and feet

Went through a decent underbody wash after some beach driving last weekend. When I got back on the road I couldn't get the fan on my 05 TJ to blow air through the vents that direct them to my head (feat and windscreen only).

After an hour of pulling the dash apart, checking every fuse, checking the switch and the wiring to and from, I checked the vacuum hoses only to find that the black vacuum hose had been blown off the side of the engine and was hanging loose. Re-connected hose and all is well.

Used the Warn Winch under load for the first time. Not long owned the TJ, but winch installed quite a few years back so assumed all was well with the set-up, installed by retail dealer back whenever. Big earth cable back to frame from the winch but standard weak stainless steel strap remaind. End result of loaded use, 5 second puff of smoke, as the earth strap from the motor to the frame ( R side of motor) fried itself, then resulting in roasting the main computor and other O2 sensors, leads, plugs etc, etc...
Cost to replace/repair........ bugger me, second hand computor $500.00+ alone, then all new heavy duty earth cables and one back to the battery from the winch now as well......................
