Default KJ Rear UCA

After a trip across the Nullarbor camping the ball joint on the rear UCA is a little noisy and in need of replacement sooner rather than later. I need to do a bit more checking to be sure that is the only thing needed but to kill 2 birds with one stone I was thinking of doing the whole arm so that the BJ and the bushes are renewed at the same time.
Has anyone had any experience with the parts supplied by SCA
The SCA picture shows a complete rear UCA for $315 which could mean it's cheap rubbish compared to OEM (Jeep dealer wants $1826 for a complete arm ) but if it keeps the KJ going for a while I'm happy to go with the flow for now and wait to get something in from the US as time permits.
Thing is I'm sitting in a serviced apartment while I look for a house as I've moved to Adelaide so have nowhere to do the work and also don't have all my usual tools with me so will need to find someone to do the work as well.

I fitted Arkady Minchinkov's 4-link in place of the rear UCA. Vastly superior handling and built for Russian conditions. Check him out on Facebook - arm34.ru. He exports all over the world.

I have a 2004 KJ, with the 2.8l diesel, raised 2" all round. After a lot of research I have recently purchased a Moog Ball joint which is a steel ball within steel housing rather than rubber housing, and Superpro bushes for the outer bushes.
The Moog ball joint part no. K500190 purchased from ecustomhitch US$81.
The Superpro bushes are SPF3669K purchased from Superpro Australia. The contact was nic@fulcrumsuspensions.com.au who are the Aust agents. They were $99.00. Below is the fitting instructions.

Come back to me if you have any further questions.

Thanks for the idea @Lancer. Not possible at the moment due to my circumstances but looks like a hefty bit of gear that's for sure. Looks like it would outlast the cockroaches

Thanks for the info John, might have to do a bit of ringing around and see what I can do as I'd need to get someone to find, supply and fit for me at the moment.

Thanks for the offer John but I'm in Adelaide at the mo (arrived a couple of days ago) so will be a bit of a trip to take a look

That 4-link is illegal in Australia.

You can buy a complete new after market rear UCA from IDParts on the USA, and it comes with a new ball joint and body bushings, just bolt it in. I have replaced my rear upper ball joint a couple of times and believe me, it is much easier to just bolt a new UCA in place.
