Making more where I got that one made isn't really an option. It was just a little something on the side....
How much do you think think people would be prepared to spend?
I suspect they would be abit more than most people would want to spend.
If you are interested I could send you the bend drawings and DXF (laser cutting file).
I could also make a PDF with 1:1 scale you could use as a template to cut the parts out with a jigsaw. If you than cut half way through the steel with an angle grinder on the inside of all the bends you could do the folds neatly as well.
1. Went and got some new nuts and bolts for the UCA's;
2. Cut out the drivers side, frame end UCA bolt with angle grinder; and
3. Replaced both UCA's with my new HD UCA's.
Did a 20km trip up the beach in soft sand with a stiff tail wind and the old girl got a bit hot, despite new rad. Time to toss out the aftermarket 10" fan and put in a hi-flow 14". I'm reluctant to ditch the viscous fan because it still works. (if it ain't broke, don't fix it)
