Default Goodbye Warragul, hello ?????

Well me and a mate have decided that its time to leave home and get out and see abit more of australia. The first place we are thinking we'll check out is coffs harbour. Whats this joint like for a couple of young blokes, is there temporary jobs in this area like fruit picking or labourer jobs just for a couple of months or maybe longer if we decide we like that place.

also open to suggestions for places that we could go to do abit of travelling, bit of work and maybe stay there long term.

not to keen to head west at first i know thats where the money is but we're not doing this for the money we are doing it to see some of the country, meet new people and get some new experiences.

Goodbye apprenticeship as well???? Best advise is to hook into the Harvest Trail via the internet and follow some of the jobs there.
It's a great life if you are happy with less than the basic wage and want to work in a crappy environment. Have fun at least.

Just remember the 4 "F's"

Food
Fuel
Fees
Failures.

Keep safe.

There are always loads of jobs up here, if you can handle the heat, tropical cyclones and heaps of backpackers.Pretty laid back lifestyle up here too.Lots of beer drinking and fishing

i wouldnt call going to coffs seeing a bit of the country, youll be sick of it in about 2 weeks, head far north, or west, or somewhere remote. Cairns is a perfect spot for two young blokes, heaps of backpacker chicks, heaps of jobs, mad pubs, in the dry you might even be able to get a job working on the dive charter boats, darwin is also good, plenty to do shiteloads of jobs, as for coffs, maybe 2 weeks would do you...
