Default Owners Manual and Service Book Replacement

Our WK2 Diesel Glove box wallet containing owners manual and service book has gone missing. Have contacted Jeep Australia on how to get a replacement set but so far no answer and can only find USA or EU versions on the net including EBay and Amazon.

Does anyone know where we can source ideally the wallet, owners manual and service book or parts thereof?

I would give Jeep Parts Recylcers in Hervey bay a go, https://www.j-p-r.com/ you never know they may get the odd late model thru that has the books, ..... even if you got them to give you a yell if they do get one.... worth a try........... There GDL in Hornsby as well... I think a wreckers would be the best bet..........................Online you would be after the Export model book so a Euro one would be close to ours pretty well

Stating the obvious...but you did check the shelf at the top of the glovebox where the book lives??
Mine is almost impossible to see, I get it out very rarely - but by feel.

After checking every orifice in the GC for the zillionth time, contacted wreckers with one claiming to have a few sets. So next week will go for a drive and them out.

For the record never got a response from Jeep Australia which -once again- makes a mockery of their "Jeep Wave Commitment" Customer Care program.

I think it’s not so much a wave but more like giving customers the “bird”. I wonder what their plans are for when the governments new fuel standards come into effect in 2025

Cheers

,

I really think the hype from the Governments Fuel Standards change in 25 by manufacturers or should I say dealers is a furphy, a joke really as by 2025 European standards will have moved on and we will be using a standard that has been in operation since 21 and Europe will be on 6e by end of this year while other countries are moving to along similar lines to us, so since they don't build a special model for Australia it just a beat up, more likely to try and get away with adding more fee's when the time comes ........ and by the time it actual is law here we will be getting old Euro models as they will have moved on to Euro 7, expected around July 2025..... Just another Y2K beat up.. It just means we will be roughly aligned with most asia/pacific countries in the end....
