street jeep

there r three dif type of jeep owners........
the main type is the one that buy one and keep it stock and think there sooo cooool cause they own a jeep.... then there is the majority of you guys/girls who baught one to turn it into a capable offroad machine and use it to its full potential, then there is the ones that have all the blings and r lowered and made into these so called street jeeps...... these one are sumtimes funny and sumtimes sad...... Nuthing we can do about it really

I will tell a story about a jeep I seen up here on the gold coast near australia fair at southport......
light blue, lowered a touch, bling wheels, chrome bars front side and rear...... with MALIBU stickers on it with the palm trees, the beach on the spare tyre cover and everything
I was in a fit of laughter I got sum shitty photos of it with my sisters camera phone.... If i pulled up next to him in a real jeep, I would cry, park it and get out and go for a walk.......
It was farken hilarious at the time but when i stopped to think about it I got kinda sad

Imagine if this so called malibu jeeper was on this forum sorry if you are

Jeeps (in general....not the dude) get a bad rap for being a soft roader as it is.... why would you go out of your way to perpetuate that

each to their own

I saw one along the same lines in Sydney, only worse. REALLY low profile tyres on it, lowered etc. There's me with my 5 inch lift, looking at his waste of space, smiling...

Was the driver Asian? I think lowered shiny pretend 4WDs are cool in some Asian cultures, including Japanese.
