Hit a bump and those part bins look like they'll come off? A cheap option could be to temporarily rivit them into place until you place some kind of support under them. Or you could modify one of those cheap ($20) gal steel flat pack shelves from Bunnings to fit under them.
Have you contemplated external storage for the fuels and lubricants? I.e. a couple of racks for jerry's or a storage bin under a vacant side of the pantech.
