Thanks guys , I did a scan --no fault codes-- I'm thinking I should be getting around the 400+ a bit , I'm running stock OE 225x75x15's rubber 6 speed box so I don't think I'd be right looking there , it's back to the Christ all friggen mighty ler mob who didn't fix the miss last time round next Tues for another go , I've had a look at fault possibilitys regarding missing and one that raises it's head is idle mixture (amoung other things) so maybe it's a "mixture thing" I dunno though the plugs showed no indication of rich running when I changed them.
I wouldn't care a fig if I was running 32's or 3's with a load of extra wieght --winches , bars and shit but it's bog stock--just imagine , if you will , if I shoved a load of gear on it--I could fill it up --go round the block---and fill it up again why what fun I could have aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrgh,

320 to a full tank (72L) is ridiculous,no way it should be that low.Are you actually putting in 70 odd Litres when you fill up each time?

My 04 on 31's gets to about 430 ish when the light comes on,I drive it to around 500 and still only have to put in 63/64 litres.

Get it checked out for sure, tell them to check the O2 sensors for a start.

Thanks mate , they changed the upstream 02 sensors last week (took them 6 days) and so far this week ---well--- lets just say it don't look good , yes to the fill -- I'll know when I do the next fill just how good we're going--probly not
