Given just how unreliable my guage is, I've never dared drive much past the point when the light comes on (for the first time ). Should get a jerry can one day and see how far I could actually get on a full tank. I can normally squeeze in 50lt or so when I pull in for the fill-up.

reserve light comes on between 320 and 350 kms. That's with 32's, a 2" lift and driving like a granny. Then I fill up with 55- 60 litres. (6spd 2006)

Running stock gears, 32 BFG muds and 3 speed auto, I do between 375/400 kms (city/mix) and 420/440 kms (highway) on 60 litres. TJ's tank has a design capacity of 72 litres, but mine only takes around 60/62 litres (I have a few dings in the gas tank skid!!).

Additional weight I constantly carry = hardtop and front and rear ARB bars. Suspension raised = OME kit.

I have had the front O2 sensor replaced with a Bosch unit. Cat and muffler changed to hiflow design.

I get 320kms for about 45 litres. Running 31" tyres, and a 97 3speed autobox.
I thought that was excessive!!
