Wrecking a 2.8l CRD motor from a 2007 JK.

Already sold the block, flex plate, 1x conrod and dump pipe. Everything else available including sensors.

Or buy the lot for $1200

How many Km had it done?
Why have you broken it down?
Is the head good?
Do you have injectors?
Do you still have the liners/ pistons/rods?

I had picked it up already dismantled from someone else for spares for my JK but have recently sold it. The motor had about 220,000km on it.

A rod bearing had seized. Can see some blue on the crankshaft and one conrod.

No injectors, block, flexplate, turbo dump pipe and minus one conrod, as they’ve already sold. So I guess that makes everything else available.

I’m not a mechanic or even that knowledgeable about it all so I’m open to anyone interested having a look and making offers for any parts they need.

I am in Victoria so postage would be necessary. If you are prepared to send things can you please post a pic of the head, need to see the block side. I am also interested in a piston and rod. I do need to know that the engine is a VM 428, the same as in a KJ.I probably is. You are welcome to PM me if that suits you better.
