Default coolant leak

So I have the dreaded coolant leak from the valley at back of motor and leaking on left hand side bell housing not bad but using about half a litre of coolant per week and not over heating. Done some reseach on here appears it could be o ring for egr cooler. This is a big job so decided to take to dealership for repairs. They tell me they don't know what it could be until they pull apart. Could there be anything else in the valley that also may create a leak. Don't want them to say this part needs replacing when it is only a couple of o ring.
Cheers

Have had this leak for years.
Through in some Rislone Aluminium Radiator Stop Leak and it slowed the leak, have since flushed the system (over a year ago now) and it appears to have stopped leaking (touch wood).

There is also an O ring seal that joins the two halves of the manifold together that could leak along with the manifold gaskets themselves.

Well eventually heard back from jeep Clarky was right a small leak in manifold gasket. Big repair bill. Stop leak would have been the way to go.
