I've heard of stories of yachties seeing containers floating out in the open ocean, they all don't sink. If they did you wouldn't see them washing up on the beach miles away. I hope they would be keeping tabs on the ones that go overboard this time.

Very sad to see.

Isnt most of the oil off it now? But it really has caused alot of damage to the beaches and animals in the area. Its a disaster that happens way to much

they have had to stop pumping they have been pumping water, trying to get into the starboard tank current below the water line 350 odd tonnes of oil lost isn't bad was 1700 odd tonnes on board when she hit, but have lost 29 containers they could end up in south america, hope the export paper work ain't too wet !
