Default New header on forum

Sorry about the header change people, it pains me to have had to do, but in reality we need to move with the times.

Adsense revenue for the site is needed to pay the bills, the now with so many people using adblockers the revenue is substantially down, so if you see this image below in the header of the forum, it means you are using an adblocker and I ask that you think about potentially turning it off to help Ausjeep out.

Adsense style of adverts has considerably dropped over the last 2 years, and with the cost of hosting the site in Australia as high as it is, there may also be a need to move the site offshore to absorb some of the Adsense drop. It will not cover it all but it will help.

I simply ask, that if you use an adblocker, consider turning it off, or adding Ausjeep as a site you allow it on.

I use a pop up blocker ? is that the same thing ?
and really hosting overseas ? are you hosting via ISP?
surely there are enough on here now that donate ?
for even a $10 donation would help right , or would too many miss out on
there macca drive through deal to much ? LOL
I am going though the process of trying to buy a house , BUT if it really means anything I will donate $50 now if you like , and if everyone on throws in a little , surely it would help to keep this on home ground rather than having a shonkie honkie deal overseas right ?
DOH! now I just tried and the message now shows AFTER I added pop up blocker to let this site through now I don't get any adds ???
if I left it alone all the adds would go through now I don't get any ?
I will make my donation now , I hope for you some follow suit , I will make it now , so that you don't go overseas and give us all some arab site with strange wriggles and screaming goats.

We don't run any ad suppliers that produce pop ups, they are WAY to intrusive. Thanks for the support, we have been hosted in Australia for more than 10 years, and yes it costs and arm and a leg but we get a dedicated FAST server without all the problems that the site suffered on a cheaper solution

What about Tapatalk users? We dont see any of the adds so that will contributing to the revenue drop too. Sad to say that the changing times means more and more on Tapatalk are not seeing the adds at all.

I have the ads. They banner over the top of the above picture.
With this new header on my iPad the forum text boxes only uses 3/4 of the screen width.

pop up blocker seems to stop the adds as well sad to say,
what about looking at running a complete server system ? but I guess the cost these days is still high right ?? (so much for the fang dangle NBN )
and sponsors ?
it is good to be in the country here , but I find trying to buy parts so on a bit of a joke . maybe a time to look outside of cyber space !? and look into a side alley shack in hong kong making dime a dozen key rings , with a decent AJOR logo , pens , (like the ones in the seventies that have the naked girl )(joking)
TYRES , look at sponsor there ?
I don't know , to early for me to think , I keep getting screaming goats image , COME ON peoples , keep the Australian way ALIVE.
