Sorry have been unable to get any usable photos that would help.

Have taken the jeep to a diesel specialist and the findings of the tests so far are not looking good. Some low compression in at least one cylinder and the leakage test was below average.

Will get some figures up soon once I get my hands on them.

Looking like a rebuild or a replacement engine

Compression Test results as follows:
Cylinder No. 1 – 300 PSI
Cylinder No. 2 - 250 PSI
Cylinder No. 3 - 325 PSI
Cylinder No. 4 - 350 PSI

Cylinder leakage test varied between 25 – 30 % leakage.

Not good news at all..i would be most interested in what caused the low compression in the first place..knowing that may help avoid the same problem again..good luck mate !
