Default Front lower shock mounts

I need to move my front lower shock mounts out. The body of the shock contacts the chassis frame at full articulation.

I tried to order Metalcloak mounts through CJC Off-road, but they are out of stock and have no ETA on new stock. Metalcloak themselves want to charge the cost of the mounts for postage...

Does anyone know of any local suppliers, or of a similar mount? Basically, I want to move the mount out, up a little, and to rotate the pin 90*.

I ended up ordering these from Quatratec, along with a few other parts.

The Murchison ones look good, but must be bolted to other brackets that move the mount out.

Well they're installed. Brackets are nicely made and fit perfectly. Just required drilling of one hole.
These brackets don't give any extra height, they just move the mount outboard and rotate.
