All packed and left for coffs this morning early. Clocked 1200km today with no real issues so far other than being sick of being in the thing after 14 hrs! Another 5 hrs tomorrow then set up camp

Had an awesome time and hit some great trails plus managed to do 3100+km's and it only cost me a rear uni joint and a AC relay! Pretty happy with myself!

I've just found my next project! .......

I've been thinking about this for a while and researching it and now with a new diff getting ready to go in I think this is going to be the only way to maintain the travel I have now and also gain a little more up. Pretty excited about this one!

I've seen that somewhere before and really liked it. Too bad mines got to be a tourer as well (that and there's no way I could afford them shocks)
PM me your FB details I broke and have started using it since Camp.

Yeah mines a tourer too difference is I've already got the shocks! The plan is to make the tie in points strong enough that I can make the spreader bar removable for on road if I need to fit anything in with the seat folded down, but have it fitted for offroad. I know I'm going to loose a little boot space but I think it will be worth it to have long travel shocks that I can actually use all the travel on. Ill pm you soon.

Found another pic of a similar setup minus the spreader and the guy says that he's had no issues without it so I figured I'll make mine removable! Best of both worlds.
