Just found this in the manual if it's any hope it's something simple like a damaged o ring

Here's a simple and easy way to split alloy components
With half a dozen utility knife blades and a soft faced hammer
Hammer the blades in between the components to slice the gasket sealant

Fluid OK
Manual Shift valve checks out

Logic tells me it's something I've done
So will probably swap out the new conductor plate tonight

Performed a full system scan this morning
Appears to be a generic out of range code U0402
Bluedriver software isn't powerful enough to report which parameter
Swapped out the conductors plates, wishful thinking
Reassembled, still no drive
Looks like I'll be removing the shift kit tonight

U0402 Refers to a implausible gear or PRNDL data from TCM
Only possibility at the moment appears to be wrong o'ring choice for TCC solenoid.

The workshop manual recommends after any transmission modifications
'Perform the TCM adaptation procedure'
(Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULES/
TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE - STANDARD PROCEDURE)

Stuffed if I can find it in my pdf version (WK 2005-2008 Service Manual)
Any help appreciated

Reading about the Chrysler Module for Auto Enginuity software
'Clear Learned Variable Line Pressure Counters'
Thinking these two procedures would be the same?

Default the half a millimtre difference
What a difference half a millimetre makes?
I noticed last night one of the solenoids wasn't sitting quite right
So I swapped out the o'ring from 12x2.5mm to 12x2mm
Cleared all the codes twice
And what a difference
No more fault codes and still no drive
At least now I've got a different problem
It feels like it's in two gears at once
The solenoid in question controls the Torque Conveter Clutch (TCC)
So either replace the TCC or get some software to test the TCC

The drama continues here on 7
