Anyone know what the pressure the 2.7 low pressure pump runs at?

A little bit of liquid seems to go a long way, there ma bye other leaks, but I'd hazard a guess this is the root. Have a good look at everything to see if you can identify any other potential sources of leaks is all I can suggest.

Well, I fixed the fuel line this morning, cranked her over, no start checked the fuel lines and there was plenty of fuel so the pumps are obviously working, but there were a couple of bubbles which would be expected. Cranked it again, no start but when I checked the lines this time there were definitely no bubbles.

Sorry fact is it simply will not fire, not even close. So, I don't know. The engine light is on has been since it stopped running, would this have an effect? Is there anything else that I could look at or try?

Just one other thing, I took the cam position sensor out and it was covered in oil. Is this normal? or should it be clean.

Woops, another thing, the two fittings that go into the high pressure pump have a piece out of the side. Like a piece on each one is broken away of the round part that sits flush against the pump. Would this be an issue or would the o ring do the job of sealing.

Just thought of something. When you look at the high pressure pump, there are 2 lines on the left hand side ok, so, the line closest to the front of the car, or closest to the radiator, where does it lead to? I'm wondering if somehow I have them in the wrong spots. As far as I can see, the line that is closest to the radiator, or front of the pump, runs back to the back of the fuel rail. Is this right?

Yes the "front" line runs back to the back of the fuel rail.

You *really* need to get into the software to understand what is going on.
What codes are causing the "engine light" (correctly called Malfunction Indicator Lamp or MIL for short)?
What is the fuel pressure when cranking?
With the Jeep Diag Pro you can see these. I can't overstate how much it helps to diagnose.

Having had the system open, what have you done to evacuate the air?
