Default Woolworths Rewards Plus 30c off per litre

Are we special or is everyone receiving the activation email from rewards plus for 30c off per litre? The email says we've been specially selected. Hhmm

What a great deal seeing I use these types of vouchers to fill my long range fuel tanks once per month.

Makes me wonder though is today's bowser price competitive.

Well I never got one; Probably because I don't spend enough there.

Nope. Let's face it, Coles & WW have the market cornered. They have both had 8c/l discounts advertised none stop between Xmas & Easter if you spend more than $30 in store, plus other larger special offers like this one on top of that. That means we're either paying too much for our groceries or too much for our fuel, or more likely too much for both, as they aren't doing it out of the goodness of their heart!

But the powers that be keep running their checks and saying that it's fair and there's no inflated prices and no price fixing. Mmmm, I don't think so! But there's not that much we can do about it and the prices are still a lot lower than I used to pay in the UK so what do you do? I have to say one of the great things for me about getting a diesel JK was the fact that the diesel prices are consistent. That weekly/fortnightly price cycle for petrol really used to p### me off. I felt like I was getting shafted every time I filled up because the price can change by the hour. Now there's no way the price the servos are paying for the fuel changes that frequently so how can they justify the prices they charge changing that frequently. That said, I've no idea if the diesel prices are fair either but at least they're consistent.

Haven't had such an offer, but at least I know that the money I save buying most things from Aldi saves me more than even 8c/L off a full 75L tank.

I walk through their car park on my way to Aldi & normally pick up a docket for 8c on my way! Best of both worlds !!

At the risk of getting flamed you will find the extra economy from the 98 will offset cost Bruggz.
