I just bought some cheap bars off eBay for my sons wrangler.
The packaging was great. Plastic rapped, quality cardboard box with styrofoam block to keep it in place.
I was impressed with the product over all.
Especially for the money.
For a pricey product like ARB I would expect the same if not better packaging.
I am of the opinion ARB get a lot of mileage from name and marketing.
This is good for them if they deserve it, but the quality is weaning somewhat and letting them down.

Why would you expect warranty from any supplier if they had not supplied the part?

The ARB bars sold in Australia are made in Kilsyth at the ARB plant.
All their bars sold overseas are made at the ARB plant in Thailand.
If you've bought from Morris 4x4 you've bought a bar made in Thailand and it's been shipped 2/3 of the way around the world by the time it's gotten to you.
As Gildo said, you didn't buy it here, so what makes you think that taking it to a store you didn't buy it from that you were going to get any help from?

I brought the bumper from the USA because ARB doesn’t supply them to the locally.
Emailed ARB HO then had a talk to their sales manager promised lot of thing but heard nothing since.
Sent other emails asking what’s happening besides a great silence now I will try ringing but not expecting anything.
Now I have to workout other locking diff alternative for the Dana 30 and later Dana 44

Why shouldn't an arb store stand by its products even if they were bought at another store, I wouldnt be happy if I purchased a new vehicle, went for a holiday broke down & be told by the local dealer to take it back to where I bought it from as he didnt sell it to me

It was like this years ago for Sierras, could get a locker from Low Range Off road for $400 less than local. I think the exchange rate has killed it a bit though these days. I guess they have a bigger market for the stuff.
