Did you order the canbus modules with them? It will be interesting to see whether you need them or not.

Looked at those myself. I’ve bought their LED H4 bulbs before and was really impressed with them. Be really interested to see what you think of them and if you needed the extra module too.

Jamie, I didn't mate, partly because I briefly discussed it with the guy over the phone and partly because I thought I'd try it first before spending more money that I may not have had to.

They arrived today so I'll fit them at the weekend and take some photos and provide a review. Ordered them last Friday evening, they were sent Monday and got to me this morning, so you can't really grumble at that.

I'm already looking at this next...

Hey StuieG, without sounding dumb.......when you ordered them, did you have to order 2?
When you click on the link, it states quantity. Does it mean 1 actual headlight or 1 pair?

Cheers, Craig

Keen on hearing your review as well please, and if you don't mind posting pics of the light pattern up against a wall or garage door as well.

I was reading on a distributor's website for these headlights that they are required. Anyway, I ended up ordering a pair myself yesterday and they are already on their way so we'll soon see

Not dumb at all Craig, I also questioned it. I ordered 2 as they come as a single unit, because you can install them into some Harley's and other motorcycles too

That's exactly how I was going to put the pics up mate, from in my underground car park at my apartment block. I'll try and do it this weekend.

Distributors say a lot of things, remember they sell products!

Did you order the CAN bus modules or not?

I have shitty eBay cheapo lights in mine at the moment (gifted to me by a friend) that kind of flicker when they're on but you have to really look to see it. I'm hoping it's just because they're shit and these decent STEDI lights won't do it, but I guess we're both about to find out!

Spoke with a chic from STEDI yesterday and she assured me that you definitely need the Can bus wiring to go with it.

Keen to hear how they go before I place my order.

Cheers, Craig

I did yes.

Because they draw a lot less current than halogen globes the computer will see a fault and they flicker. Those modules are just a big resistor to load it up and trick the Jeep into thinking the old globes are still there.
