I wouldnt be too concerned with balance, if you do it with commonsense, I cannot see that balance would be altered enough to matter
at all, given I assume you would have your wheel & tyre balance as a rotating mass, once done. (Use a rotary file or small drum, just keep it moving)
the wheel is no longer hub centric, but lug centric, whether this matter is debatable as well
AS final evidence, they cured some shaking I had, that 2 previous sets of wheels and tyres had not cured...I just put them on and did my own alignment, and they are almost perfect, not even a wheel balance
I dont think I can measure the actual spacing on the truck, that would be more accurate than the websites ?
How much lift do you have?..that matters
finally, I fitted the Ford wheels cause they were the best available option of price, weight, expense, and they take 16" tyres, which are easier & cheaper to get in bigger sizes. IMO, they look good
I believe other Ford Wheels will fit, such as Ranger
