It's not too hard, but you'll probably need to pop out the suspension bump stop. It's tricky but not hard. Usually two screwdrivers and a liberal amount of WD40 gets it. Take off the wheel and put it on chassis stands to give yourself room to work. You can do it with the wheel on, but it's harder.
You'll need a press. A vice can be a substitute provided it opens wide enough. Most will. Only the tiny "toy" ones won't.
Most swear by SuperPro bushes. I've got Nolathane on my track bar, but only because the previous owner gave them to me with the car. They're fine, but if I was buying them I would have bought SuperPro.
