Went to Footo and got the KJ booked in for a major 140000km service. Peter is a good bloke, owner of a Jeep and knows his Jeeps. Would recommend Footo Motor to anyone.

Had to prime the fuel pump to get thing started after it sitting for a couple weeks.!
Any thoughts on why this happens and a fix.?

I would think there is either a leak somewhere allowing air in to the system or a fuel pump diaphragm

Yeah, probably a small leak but it could just be that the seal on the filter is deteriourating. When did you change the filter last?

Try bleeding the fuel head of air and if there is no seal damage it should be ok.

Picked up the 2" Lift Kit today from CRDStu, Car is booked in at Pedders next Wednesday! In the end i decided i didn't have enough time on the weekends at the moment and may as well get it done properly and have some warranty!
