Default Preferred Diesel Oil

I have a 2020 GC diesel Trailhawk. If 'between service' oil top-ups are required - what is the recommended oil to use?

Something like Penrite Enviro+ 5W40 full syn , Castrol Magnetec Diesel DX 5W40 , minimum of C3 keeps DPF happy and available everywhere.

IMHO I also like to use diesel specific oils and prefer truck diesel over car diesel oils which have a appropriate E ACEA rating for the DPF which is like the C rating for light weight vehicle diesels. CJ4 which was also part of the oil upgrade spec is important it has been superseded by CK4 now I think.

Oils are a bit like religion and politics we all have different opinions

When I first looked around CJ4 was 15W or higher in Australia but since then have found Penrite Enviro+ in 10W40 is CJ4, bit exxy but few others in the grade unless you want to mail order and my criteria is it must be readily available on the road so Penrite does that, will look again once my stock of 5W40 C3 runs out... going to 10W not a worry but 15W might be a bit much, I imagine fuel economy will increase if I do....
No dramas to date with C3 and changing at 10K km which is every 3 months roughly cost is a concern.

Looking in my folder I have noted API CJ4 or ACEA E9 for Euro 5 engines........

PS: See its (Penrite) dropped in price at Repco, 10lts $93.75 might pounce when the 25-30% is on...........

The Repco site is a bit confusing, this is what I see this morning:

10L Penrite Enviro+ 5w40 $101.25 (with 25% off ending 22/2)
10L Penrite Enviro+ 10w40 $91.50 " " " "
