Ask them to provide the evidence on which they are basing their refusal to honour the warrantee. It's not what they believe, it's what they can prove.

Well good news is that Jeep have accepted the claim and will be fixing it under warranty.
They will also provide a compression test for him, i have been searching with no luck what should the compression be on the fiat diesel?
