Default Anyone been here - Neurum Creek Bush Retreat

Just wondering if anyone has camped here, if so how do you rate it. http://www.ncbr.com.au/

Heading there next week, is very handy to tracks around Mt Mee and D'Aguilar Park etc, seems like a good base to work from.

I have driven thru there lots and it looks like a great camp site. One of our staff members camps there regularly and swears by it.

Default good place

Thats a good base like you said, very good place if you have kids too, If you don't have kids i would continue a 1km or so further and there is a small camp ground just as you enter the state forest, great swimming area too.

Was looking at that as well, looks nice, I think is called Archers camp ground, but I have been told not good for trailers as all sites are walk in,

This one is pretty good overall, nice and close to the trails, did not go on any to difficult as I was by myself but can see there is plenty to explore in there, Woodford and Kilcoy not to far if you need anything like fuel - go to Kilcoy.

Camp ground is huge, plenty of space if you like nice and quiet or down near the creek for that caravan park feel, can also take dogs, worth a visit, I will certainly go back there.
