As I have bugger all spare cash, I have been cutting all discretionary spending to the bone. I haven't been wheeling for over a year, now.
Just found out that in 3 months or so the Workcover payments I have been getting since my back injury wil be cut off. So, since the boss is overseas this week, next week will be interesting.
That's when I have to tell him that either he can make up the loss, or I have to find another job that will make it up... We are a small company, (had 8 people when I started, including the owner) and we currently have 3 full time and one part time, (1 owner/sales, 1 programmer, 1 support/training and 1 part time web/general support), that provides a niche market retail software. We have about 250 or so clients and I am the primary support & training person, so... just how valuable will he think I am to the company?

Well I nearly didn't have enough to pay for my fuel tonight. See my rear passenger flare was coming off. Since I was unable to get it back on at the servo I taped it on. But without thinking straight after I am filling my gas tank and realise shit I am up to $13.15. Oops I was meant to stop at $7 as that was all I had on my CC. Fortunately I had $2 in my ash tray. I was also able to overdraw the last bit of overdraft I had on my two savings accounts I am talking less than $5 over both accounts. Scraped it in. I have only ever not been able to pay once before at a servo and the paperwork would have been really annoying.
Regards A
