From a jeep spare parts dealer who also stocks many aftermarket items.
He is in Crete, Greece.
But this is the exact item (note that you should grind off flat the protruding wedge, we don't need it on the trans plates).

It's worth noting that Rock Auto has the MB 203240201 mounts for a little over A$40 - closer to A$70 by the time you land it in Australia.
Edit: MB part number should be 2032401917

Not mine, but here is how a good mount vs a bad mount looks:

Those come from an SLK350 as far as the original poster said, I accidentally stumbled upon that picture a week ago.

How do you order these.
I went on the Rock Auto site and entered the part number but it could not find the part
