Default Squeaking in 4 WD

Just started
When entering 4 w Hi or Low on the level or going up hill all sounds OK
But soon as the nose is dipped down an incline get this 'chirping'
First thought it was birds in the forest ...
Probably been about 35,000 KM since I changed the Mopar ATF4 in the transfer case but dont think that will be the issue ... thinking maybe bearings !

What's your opinion please ?

Are you on the brakes during the descent? Where are your feet during this.

Do you have hill descent control - is it active if so?

Do you have any squeaks or chirps at any other times?

Thanks for reply
Nope not on the brakes, no hill decent Early Mk1 2007 build .. no frills
Chirps away (4wd only) going down hill, go up hill or level out goes away
Depress the clutch sound goes
Knock it back into 2 Hi still chirps for a bit longer then eventually stops.
If I give it a little accelerator (whilst back in 2Hi and level & still just chirping) sound stops
Foot on or off accelerator only when descending slope Doesnt have to be a steep slope just nose down on any
No squeaks at any other time

Done 140,000 kms
