Just replaced the NP249 with a NP242. Had to do the front case swap due to the different planetary gears. Now I have a 2wd ZG. 😊

Default Made a start
I started putting in a Hayman Reece remote brake controller, pulled all the bottom plastic covers from the car, located the correct brake wire, which had a scotchlock on it from a previous installation, I hate these things they shouldn't be allowed, I stripped the insulation off the wire and soldered on the wire that is going to the controller and reinsulated the join, I ran the signal wire back to the plug and mounted the control box, then ran out of wire for the power and earth wire so finish up tomorrow, might even get excited and put in a couple of pics of the installation.
