OH swell. YUM YUM CHOOKS BUM ! LoL.
I took it down one of the highways here , ran well,
ill take it for another run today see if it pops up to 5th , ABS doesn't come on , so
ill take that as a good sign of correct diff ratios ? in most of my times working on a diff there will be always a tag with the ratio on it bolted onto it . dana don't seem to have this . ill take it that both were out of a quadra trac 11 that the ratios will match.

Danas do have a tag, between the 2 bolts on the side edges of the cover. May not have been replaced but doesn't matter as all V8's run the same ratio regardless of model, options or year. Only different on CRD.

Well it happened, today as I was changing my aux fuel filter I had a burst of inspiration and ran a return flow test on my injectors, something I've been going to do for a few years since I bought a kit, but was a bit scared it may show something I didn't want to know.

No fear now, after giving the engine bay a good anti rust and diesel degrease my figures were 1 to 4 returning 2ml and 5 1.75ml after 1.5 min at idle and about the same at 1200 rpm for 1.5 min.............so I think thats pretty good for a donk thats just about at 250,000k, the injectors are original, date stamped 11 04.
No one told me to block off the fuel return lines, everything got a good bath on the first run, I forgot they run into the rail return line.

So it would have drowned out that match then.

This numbers are pretty good, you've been a lot luckier than I with Injectors.

Now that you've done the test something bad will happen.
