It's been quite involved, to be honest, much more frustrating than anything I did before on the car. Oven, epoxy, wiring, hiding everything etc.

On your side of the world light bars should be standard equipment

Here, the #1 hazard in my opinion are people and carriages on the side of the road between villages.

Wohoo, longer shocks finally tested.
Rear sway-bar disconnected, front sway-bar connected.





Because of the extra droop, the tire that stuffs in the fender no longer has a tendency to touch the rear quarter under the door, so I won't have to worry again about the paint being scraped off.





Front sway-bar is a huge limit to flex

I loose 200-300mm with the swaybar connected, buts its so much more stable and predictable that i never disconnect it, the wj did come with different strength swaybars depending on model, think i have the weakest one in mine

On the trails just south of Brisbane. Pictures just don't capture steepness of hills. The second one is putting the winch onto a bloke in a nasty position to stabilise him and lower him in a controlled way.
