I've just be advised the Rubicon will be on the early shipments, but production of all international JK's have been put of until the earliest the end of Feb. So we may not see the JK until May or even June. Oders for the US market is 50% ahead of Jeeps predictions.

up 50% can only be a good thing for australia, perhaps they hope we have the same sort of uptake..

Bring it on, I dont care when it get's here.. sooner the better but aslong as it before year end 07 I'm happy

won't see the crd rubicon in oz in 2007 maybe 2008? - rubicon in petrol only for 2007

can get the unlimited in crd in 2007 not ribicon

Yep, that's right.

Our Region was telling us that the next available JK production for us was end Feb, just to back-up what Kiwi said.

I'll probably hang off fot the diesel.
I saw fuel economy specs printed somewhere, the diesel didn't look that much better than petrol (~2 litres per 100km) but I would hope it'd be a better improvement in the real world.

/wants.
I wasn't so fussed about petrol/diesel choice, then I read the power/torque figures for the petrol. Ouch. This thing needs a HEMI.
