Smile Saying Hi from a Newbie

Hello All. Just joined and thought I had better say hi. I have never been part of a forum or online thing before so first for every thing hey...I am from Redbank Plains near Brisbane. Had a TJ hard top for a few years but now have given myself head aches with doing a 79 Chief.....Yeah Yeah i know its old but it looks cool and sounds great .. and when finished i wont be worried about scratches and dents like i was with the TJ...and a hell of alot more room for tents, bags and kids for camping. So any ideas on Brisbane contacts for lift kits and parts etc around the general south east would be great.

Anyway hello for now and hope to pick everyones brain for ideas etc over the coming weeks. I have posted a thread (i think thats what you call it???) asking about my chief already and hope someone will steer me in the right direction soon......HINT HINT.. so cheers for now ..Ray

Hammonds at Capalaba are good to deal with and have a wealth of knowledge about FSJ's...

Check jimmyb's pics on this thread:

He's somewhere in Brisvegas too.

Any bits you need, check any of the vendors on this site.

have a look at this too:

http://www.bjsoffroad.com/

Good to deal with, and with the $$ as its is cheap for bits. 4-5 days to your door for most bits.

(Yanks call 2 door Chiefs Cherokee's and 4 doors Wagoneers)
