Default crdstu spings and shocks

I have just bought a WH grand it has a ARB bulbar up front and it has CRDSTU springs and shocks installed. But the front seems very soft and bottoms out on speed bumps.
Is the normal or should they be firmer.

I know they do 2 different spring rates, but do the springs have a ID number on them the say what springs I have.

The back has airbags in the rear and sit way to high in the rear end.
(looks silly)
The airbags have a big plastic spacer about 2inches tall at the top of the bag what I have not seen before, I have installed a few airbags in different vehicle's before including my JK and never seen this large plastic spacer.

Any info what you guys have would really help.

Check out my Ride(s)

As far as I'm aware they don't make airbags for a WH that is lifted so I guess they fitted spacers so they would fit.

My front springs have "CRDSTU 08" on them. If I recall correctly I ordered the H/D kit. I don't bottom out (have bar & winch). Depending on the age of the kit the shocks would be OME or if newer Bilstein. I had one of my OME fail & it then would bottom out.

I found the rear sat high compared to the front & had bugger all articulation so I swapped out the rears for some Old Man Emu M/D springs which are much better for the weight of my vehicle & articulates quite well.

Do you mean 'helper' bags inside the coils? Or full air-springs?
I've seen some installers add spacers to fill the space above/below helper air bags, which might be what's happened... but it's wrong. They do most their work by filling the space between the coils, they don't need to rest against the top and bottom bump-stop/spring seats.
