Has the speedo gear been swapped to make the speedo accurate? If not you will be going faster (and risking speeding tickets) and going further (and getting better fuel economy) than you think. Stock 215/75 15 (27.7") tyres to 33" tyres is about a 20% increase in speed/distance.

As for slow going up hills what gear are you in and at what RPM? When I was running 33s on stock gearing fifth was no use whatsoever, I could normally cruise at 70 in 4th but running down from Scotland after a wedding I was in third all the way because of high winds.

I did change the speedo gear and yeah same
problem 5th is never used anymore. But cheers
Peeps for your help I'll start checking some more places out.
