2018 WK2 Diesel startup squeak and engine vibration

Hi all!
I have an '18 3.0D. On startup there is a squeak. It has 78000Km on it. Anybody else have this? It ISN'T from the main drive belt. Had that off and tried the start. Same noise. Ring gear has been suggested.

Also, when I noticed this, a vibration at @800 RPM on light load or acceleration. New engine mounts installed to the Jeep. With the old ones, it was very bad. With the new ones it is hardly there but is. VERY narrow rev range.

Any thoughts anyone?

Just a single squawk at the instant of start, yep it could be starter....... the vibration possible tension on mount bolts could be, did they do the tranny mount as well ??
