Default KL front passenger seat?

Hi,
I'd just like to enquire about the KL front passenger seat and if it folds down forwards flat like they did in the KK? I have had two KK's and now I am looking at the KL, but I cannot find anything relating to this feature. I like the folding front seat as it makes life easy with surfboards in the car.
Thanks

Yes it folds down, there is also storage space under, I have put 2.4m Koppers logs in the car.

Thanks. I’ll start looking for a trail hawk then. The KK diesels were a better option than the petrol version, is this the same in the KL?

I think Trailhawks were all petrol. My Trailhawk has done 70k, 2015 model purchased in June 2016 as a new vehicle. Never been off road, never been on dirt road, now requires Insulators on top of front springs and Lower control arm bushes. Jeep refers me back to the dealer, the service manager said he would not believe my stamped log book and required all invoices from day one before he would look at my other problem which was grease leaking out the front of the tailshaft which is not serviceable, I had to replace the tailshaft luckily I was able to get a used one for $1400, new one over $3000.

Red face

My KL Limited has the fold-down front seat. It’s also a petrol model.
When I calculated the service intervals (every 12k for petrol, bs every 10k for diesel), service costs, fuel economy and the price of diesel, the petrol was the most economical. It has now done somewhere above 210k and I am still loving it.
