I am just sticking this in here to put it before the KJ guys before I place an ad in the For Sale section. I have decided to sell my more extreme wheel and tyre combination, which consists of 5x Cooper STT Light Truck 255x70 R16 mounted on Mamba MOAB rims 16x8".

and they are copies of the original Jeep MOAB rims that were sold on TJs for some years as an option. You cannot get these rims in AUstralia to my knowledge. I directly imported my set some years ago before my Cape York trip.
The Cooper STTs have about 70-75% of the thread left, and really only ever did two trips: Cape York up and back including the OTL, and the Darling River Run. They look great on the lifted KJ and have greater offsetthan the stock wheels so they sit just under the lip of the fender guard, not hunkered in like the stock wheel offset.
Why an I selling them, I am just getting too old to handle them (swapping them with my 245/70s on stock rims) and I think my outback trip days might be over.
I will try to find the photos I took awhile back and stick them in here.
I'd like to sell these five wheels and tyres to a KJ owner if possible. You would get years of use out of them. My direct import cost was obsence but I know I can't ask that, but I will ask $500 for the set of five, the only condition is that you need to pick them up from my place at Lake Macquarie NSW, or arrange for them to be picked up by a transport company to deliver to you at your cost. You won't find another set in Australia.
