Default 08-10 fobs

Has anyone ever been successful with programming aftermarket fobs for the 08-10 years which are different from the previous ones? I know the US based ones don't work but hoped something else is now out there as been a few years since I last saw people trying.

These guys claim they do work and have programmed them before. When I asked them if I could come around then to have it done, they said they no longer offer that service.

In the past I thought anything with the panic button meant it was for the US market only, but they say it is not the case.

Seems factory originals are no longer available unless someone else has found some?

OK, update time.
I ordered a couple of the FOBs from the above link and just successfully programmed one using the DiagFCA program after first pulling the PIN using the same program. They are under the diagnostic tab under Wireless routines.

So next I am going to order another FOB, as you need two un-programmed FOBs on the 2008 when replacing a WIN and replace that next.

Mine still plays up from time to time as it was damaged in the accident. Have to jiggle it to make sure it both starts and allows me to lock the doors afterwards. Have to listen for the column lock when putting in and taking out the FOB. Biggest bug bare is that it randomly wont let me unlock the doors!

I'll keep updating this as I gain information in cas others may search for it in the future.
I need a column shaft lock module when replacing the WIN and has to be new as well along with 2 new un-programmed FOB's!

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/25486142...53.m1438.l2649

Read what they say near the bottom.

They also sell a complete kit with a WIN, Column lock and two new FOB's
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/255591554913#shpCntId

I just need to buy a new column lock as already have the other parts new.

There are LHD and RHD versions so either check your part number on the one you have or have them check your VIN. I just did both and have the LHD one for some reason? Same part number mentioned in the link, same with or without the 0 at the start.
