I can hear it early on in the video, but it is hard to say what it is. Does it make this sound when you bring the RPMs up to this level when in Park?

Like Jason I couldn't hear it a second time over the rain. First thought is minor boost leak. If you accelerate hard to red line in say 2nd gear will it sound all the way.

might not hear it so much just free revving as the turbo doesn't necessarily boost as much without a load.

Are you getting more smoke out the exhaust all of a sudden under heavy load.

Any boost related codes.

Dostum selam,

Madem Türksün, Türkçe yazayım.

Bu ses bende de mevcut. Herhangi bir performans kaybı, duman atma yok. Sadece ses var.
Çok araştırdım. Turboyu revize bile etsen bu sesten kaçış yok maalesef. Sadece ses olarak kronik bir sorun diyelim.

Unfortunately my google translation is not up to the task =

"Dude hi, Turkey Since you, I'm Turkish summer. It sounds to me also available. Any performance loss, no throwing smoke. The only sounds. I searched a lot. Turbo is no escape from this sound even though the revised unfortunately. Let's just as sound a chronic problem."
