They arrived today so I'll fit them at the weekend and take some photos and provide a review. Ordered them last Friday evening, they were sent Monday and got to me this morning, so you can't really grumble at that.
I'm already looking at this next...

I was reading on a distributor's website for these headlights that they are required. Anyway, I ended up ordering a pair myself yesterday and they are already on their way so we'll soon see

When you click on the link, it states quantity. Does it mean 1 actual headlight or 1 pair?

Not dumb at all Craig, I also questioned it. I ordered 2 as they come as a single unit, because you can install them into some Harley's and other motorcycles too

That's exactly how I was going to put the pics up mate, from in my underground car park at my apartment block. I'll try and do it this weekend.

Distributors say a lot of things, remember they sell products!
Did you order the CAN bus modules or not?
I have shitty eBay cheapo lights in mine at the moment (gifted to me by a friend) that kind of flicker when they're on but you have to really look to see it. I'm hoping it's just because they're shit and these decent STEDI lights won't do it, but I guess we're both about to find out!

Spoke with a chic from STEDI yesterday and she assured me that you definitely need the Can bus wiring to go with it.
Keen to hear how they go before I place my order.

I did yes.
Because they draw a lot less current than halogen globes the computer will see a fault and they flicker. Those modules are just a big resistor to load it up and trick the Jeep into thinking the old globes are still there.

So I fitted mine yesterday and took some photos, in the basement and out on the road. My conclusion...
WOW!!!! Absolutely incredible, I am stoked with them. They project such an amazing spread of even light across and up the road and they don't dazzle oncoming drivers. The main beam is just superb too, it reaches so far.
I'll thro up some photos of them tomorrow night.
And in case you're wondering... You DO need the CAN BUS modules. I had some from the cheapo lights I had in the JK so I put them in. I'm ordering a STEDI lights bar as soon as I get paid and I'll buy a pair of CAN BUS modules from them too, I trust them more than the current ones.

Ignite LED headlights
I'm lucky in that I've been able to "test" all the major, and some minor, LED globes and inserts, JW Speaker, Trucklights, LED Autolamps as we sell them all through work.
Funny thing is I've ended up fitting what we don't actually sell.
These are the Ignite LED headlights that I got from Greg @ Beyond 4x4. Designed here in Melbourne specifically for Australian roads and around 1/2 the price of some well known brands.
5 year warranty and no CANBUS adaptor needed
I can't see the point of people posting up pics of the headlights themselves turned on, post up pics of the beam on the roads so we can see what they actually do!
