Mine were grey, the height adjuster broke up so I used a screwdriver to set & forget it... Now like all exposed steel in the JK it is slowly getting covered in surface rust.

On the gripping hand, the seat doesn' keep going down now! Proving that it is the seat cussion pressing on it as you get in/out that makes the seat drop.

Oh yes, the temp here has dropped by ~15 degrees. Last week we hit 27, yesterday the highest we saw was 12... So OEM doors are back on again. Not so much for the temp, but for the week of rain that is forecast. Close to 150mm in the last few days and 28mm within the last 8 hours.

Hey man, any chance you're in Sydney and don't need the stock hood rubbers any more?

I've been having an issue with ESP/BAS, ABS & sliding car lights coming on for a couple of weeks. I thought it was a dodgy wheel speed sensor as the brakes have been playing up a bit as well.

Steering wheel was feeling very light today. Then this afternoon the steering wheel started wobbling quite badly on bumps between 50-60kph. Stopped when cornering or speed went outside that range, so I was thinking that it might be a dodgy steering damper, but it is a fairly new one & hasn't been offroad since I put it on.

Then I had a thought, steering wheel more off center than usual due to road camber, ABS issues, DW? Got underneath & had one of the kids turn the wheel back & forth, yep, loose trackbar where the damper bolts on. Removed damper, tightened bolt to 'ing tight, (can't get the torque wrench on with damper bolt in there), & restored damper. Next trip, steering tighter again, no wobbles. Recentered wheel as it was reading 8 degrees when straight. Will see tomorrow if I still get the warning lights...

Finally got some photos of my new wheels up, now that I've washed it. Took me long enough! Can't wait until my grill is black, too.
