Mr Plow wants his car back.
Honestly Id keep shopping. Even look on some of the US Jeep sites at hidden winch projects (ie winch behind the existing bar - there is an awesome job on JeepForum in a WK) until a bar can be found or made.

Wonder though how airbag compliant is it and ha it had testing and ADR approval...

They don't seem to be a fly by night outfit. If they sold non complying gear they would be open to all sorts of lawsuits I'd have thought. Have a look at their website http://www.jandjbullbars.com.au/

I didn't get one of these as they finished up being a cover bar.

You'll find a better solution on this forum from Yankee Dave imo.

I totally agree, these cover bars also knows as ECB are just a waste of space and money. And they look quite fugly imo. Just hang on for a little bit for Yankee Dave to finish his bar.
