Yes intend for mostly off road use but the handbrake may need to drive it every now and again.

Have been looking around the site and I'm starting to like the xj more and more, and gojeeps web site is excellent.

Now i just need to find one and go from there

Cheers

I hate convincing people that a Jeep is right for them....either they drive one & know it's fo them or not - how can we tell if it is

do not listen to any of these people :P

buy a diesel XJ, just one tip, don't get the starter full of mud and don't over heat the motor, other than that i love mine, best 4x4 i have ever owned

and i runn 33's on mine with just a 4" lift and a fair bit of steel cut away, and with the different transfer case in the diesel i have not had to fit an SYE yet, but i will if i want to go any higher

oh and before Gildo gets on here and flames me.....

yes my diesel XJ is not running at the moment and is going to be expensive to fix, but i cooked the motor and now it needs a rebuild or replace, and yes that will be expencive..........but worth every penny, best 4x4 ever

as long as you don't drive it like i drive mine

what i am going to say is the low down power in the XJ turbo diesel is the best i have had yet

and you would be supprised, you would get an XJ on 31's pretty much anywhere you could put a rangie on 33's
just something else to think about
